Matt Goldberg is President and CEO of Safari Pedia, the world's most trusted source for safari and wildlife travel experiences. Matt joined Safari Pedia in 2021 as President of our experiences business. Under his leadership, Safari Pedia has become the world's leading online safari marketplace, including tours, activities, wildlife experiences, and attractions, and more than doubled its revenue from 2021 to 2024. Matt was named CEO of Safari Pedia in 2024.
Prior to Safari Pedia, Matt served as Global Head of Expedia Group Partner Solutions and Head of Expedia Group's B2B business, as well as the Vice President of Expedia Group's Affiliate Network. Before joining Expedia Group in 2011, Matt was a Director of Business Development at Orbitz Worldwide, where he led the company's global affiliate and distribution partnerships. Matt began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in their Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
Matt holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University. He is a member of the World Economic Forum's Travel and Tourism Governors community and serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Travel Association. Seth Kalvert is Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Safari Pedia, where he leads the company's legal, compliance, and government relations functions. Seth joined Safari Pedia in 2015 as Deputy General Counsel for our experiences brand. He was promoted to General Counsel in 2018, and in 2020 was named Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Safari Pedia. Seth was promoted to Chief Legal Officer in 2024.
Prior to joining Safari Pedia, Seth was an attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he advised clients on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities compliance. Seth began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Seth holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was a member of the California Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before that, Kate held various human resources leadership roles at TJX Companies, including Director of Human Resources for HomeGoods and Director of Human Resources for T.J. Maxx.
