However, unless clearly stated in writing, Safaripedia does not directly operate safaris, provide guiding services, own accommodation facilities, manage transport, or control the services provided by listed third-party providers.

User

Safaripedia acts as a discovery, information, and connection platform.
We help travelers find local safari experts, operators, guides, destination information, hotels, lodges, and real travel experiences. The actual delivery of safari packages, accommodation, guiding, transport, permits, and travel services is the responsibility of the relevant service provider.
Any booking, payment, travel arrangement, or service agreement made between a traveler and a service provider may create a separate contract between those parties. Safaripedia is not automatically a party to that contract unless clearly stated in writing.

Travelers are responsible for making informed decisions before booking any safari, tour, guide, accommodation, or destination experience.
Before confirming any booking, travelers should:

During travel, travelers must follow instructions from guides, drivers, park rangers, accommodation staff, and local authorities. Travelers must also respect wildlife, local communities, cultural sites, protected areas, and environmental rules.

Tour operators, tour guides, hotels, lodges, camps, destination listing owners, and other providers using Safaripedia must ensure that all information submitted is accurate, honest, lawful, and not misleading.
Service providers must:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Use only images, videos, logos, and content they own or have permission to use.
- Clearly state what is included and excluded in their services.
- Communicate prices, availability, payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund terms clearly.
- Deliver services professionally and safely.
- Comply with applicable tourism laws, licensing requirements, and local regulations.
- Avoid fake reviews, exaggerated claims, false awards, or misleading guarantees.
Safaripedia reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with our platform standards.

Travelers should still carry out their own checks before confirming bookings or making payments.

Safaripedia may publish destination information, safari guides, operator profiles, guide profiles, hotel and lodge listings, field stories, travel tips, photos, videos, reviews, and other tourism-related content.
By submitting content to Safaripedia, users confirm that they have the legal right to submit and publish that content.
Users grant Safaripedia permission to use, display, edit, format, promote, and distribute submitted content for platform, marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes related to Safaripedia.
Safaripedia may review, edit, reject, remove, or restrict content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, harmful, unlawful, spammy, duplicated, or inconsistent with our standards.

Paid listings or featured placements may improve visibility, but Safaripedia does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, sales, ranking position, traveler conversion, or business revenue.
Safaripedia may suspend, downgrade, hide, or remove paid listings if payment is not made on time.

Safaripedia aims to provide helpful and current information. However, prices, availability, park fees, accommodation rates, transport costs, taxes, permits, seasonal conditions, and destination rules may change without notice.
Travelers must confirm all final prices, availability, travel conditions, and booking terms directly with the relevant provider before making a decision or payment.
Wildlife sightings, migration patterns, road access, weather, and safari experiences are natural and cannot be fully guaranteed.
12. Cancellation and RefundsCancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms for safaris, accommodation, guiding services, transport, permits, or destination experiences are determined by the relevant service provider unless Safaripedia has issued separate written terms for a specific product or service.
Travelers must review and understand the provider's cancellation policy before confirming a booking or making payment.
Safaripedia is not responsible for refunds or cancellation disputes between travelers and service providers unless the booking or payment was directly handled by Safaripedia.
